Our School

• Reading - Ready Readers  (every night)  Add your own words, and return the next day.
• Read their  book every night, please sign the inside back cover when your child has read it to you.
• The leveled books  are for the students to enjoy reading.  The students will have a book  for three days.
• Read for 15 minutes each night.

• Math - addition  You may practice counting and writing numbers to 20.
• Count by 10s,5s,and 2s          
• Practice writing and saying numbers backwards from 20.
• Have your child start to count money to you. (penny, dime, nickel, quarter)
• Tell time by the hour

• Science - We will study butterflies, bees, apples.     

          Social Studies - We will learn about Johnny Appleseed and visit an orchard

          Review daily work.  I will start take-home math sheets September 13. 

         Please have your child do the work and return the next day for me to check.
