PE I Students enrolled in PE I will participate in the following activities: Softball Flag Football Soccer Speedball Volleyball Badminton Basketball Pickleball Ultimate Frisbee Floor Hockey Team Handball Workout Wednesday PE II Students enrolled in PE II will participate in: Mountain Biking Disc Golf Orienteering Basketball Field Hockey Flag Football Speedball Ultimate Frisbee Badminton Rollerblading Pickleball Snow Shoeing Cross Country Skiing Workout Wednesday Active Team Sports Students in Active Team Sports will participate in team sports that may include: Softball Flag football Soccer Cricket Field hockey Speedball Rugby LaCrosse Badminton Basketball Volleyball Team handball Workout Wednesday. Aerobics I and II Students in Aerobics focus on the five health-related components of fitness by participating in cardiovascular activities, muscular strength activities, flexibility, muscular endurance activities and body composition/nutrition activities. Body Conditioning Students in Body Conditioning focus on strengthening the body through very specific exercises/ activities. This class is designed to include activities to improve cardiovascular endurance, speed, reaction time, flexibility, jumping ability, strength and explosiveness. Lifetime Sports I and II Students in Lifetime Sports will focus on the following activities: Archery Lawn Games Golf Disc Golf Orienteering Angling Biking Flag Football Team Challenges Volleyball Fitness Curling Bowling CPR Ultimate Snowshoeing/skiing Workout Wednesday Weight Training Students are introduced to exercises related to strength training through the use of machines and free weights. This class is designed to give the students a strong background in techniques associated with strength training for post graduation activity.
