Employee Access is different than the skyward you use as a faculty and/or skyward you use as a parent. Employee access allows you to view days off, payroll information & employee reimbursements.
1. To access the new Employee Access, the first step is to go to this link and enter your district e-mail address. For example, JohnDoe@hasd.org Enter your district e-mail address and click Submit
2. In about one minute, check your district e-mail account. You will have a message about Forgotten Login/Password Assistance.
Copy & Paste the link in the e-mail, into a brand new Internet Explorer window. (you’ll be copying everything beginning with https). This site will ask you to come up with a brand new password to use with this service.
3. To access Employee Access use the link below, but make sure to select Employee Access from the drop-down menu on the site before signing in.
