(Please note: If you currently live in the Hortonville Area School District & simply wish to enroll your child for the first time, this is not open enrollment. To register/enroll your child you need only to contact the school office.)

The open enrollment application period for the 2016-2017 school year is closed. The open enrollment application period for 2017-2018 will open at midnight Monday, February 6, 2017 and end on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
If a student moves to another school district during the 2016-2017 school year but wishes to remain in his/her present school, a parent must fill out a Tuition Waiver for the current year, & apply for Open Enrollment the following year.
Please note: All students in a family must apply separately, i.e., having a sibling currently open enrolled does not mean other family members do not have to apply.
