3. NaOH is very concentrated (9M) so take extreme caution.
4. In order to ensure you finish on time. Cooling the lard takes the longest, make sure you only heat until the lard until it JUST melts. Use water bath too cool. Plug a sink with paper towel.
5. Add any special additives at the very last moment.
