Instructional Coach/Interventionist Email Phone: 920-779-7900 ext 14119 p>After teaching English at HHS for the past 12 years, I am excited to be supporting students and colleagues in a new capacity as an Instructional Coach/Interventionist. Prior to coming to Hortonville High School, I taught English at the Riverdale/Kingsbridge Academy in the Bronx for five years. Before that, I spent two years teaching Reading and Life Skills at LaVenture Secondary School in Guyana as a Peace Corps Volunteer. It was in the Peace Corps that I discovered my passion for teaching. I grew up in the Fox Cities and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with bachelor's degrees in English and Spanish. I also attended Teachers College at Columbia University, where I earned a master's degree in the teaching of English. I am married and I have three children. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, curling up with a good book, traveling, camping, and hiking. I am always learning and I love to try new things!
