PBIS: GES encourages positive behavior in the classroom, on the playground and in the hallways through the use of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). PBIS helps students understand what is expected of them, gives the teachers a framework for rewards and consequences and enables administrators to use data- rather than gut reactions to make decisions about discipline.
