The plan also includes a 2 story business retail space, placed just south of the proposed 49-storey tower. The  6-storey office building is now been reinstated in order to make it an extension of the scheduled public park, a green wall at the western property line, and a glass canopy over a one-way loading ramp onto Elm Street. According to the plan, there will be 2,135 residential units which will offer various layouts. These units are divided into 290 bachelor pads, 1,314 one bedroom, 416 two bedrooms, and 115 three or more bedroom suites. The Chelsea Green residential development also plans to introduce 987 well-equipped suites. The Dimension will range from 400-1200-sq-ft. Chelsea Green Floor Plans include 5 floors of underground parking with 575 automobile parking spaces, 2,446 bicycle slots and over 260 spaces available for visitors.  Price list of the condos is not yet finalized.

 

Worried about how will you commute?

The plan for Chelsea Green Condos has not been modified since its inception. The reconnection of prevailing east and the west chunk of Walton Street will allow for an improved flow of pedestrian as well as vehicular traffic. The current hotel parking plan is to be discarded and the new parking slot can be accessed through a new ramp through Gerrard. Residential Parking Lot can be used via Walton Street. Chelsea Green Condos is constructed in the heart of the city of Toronto, with a walk score/transit score of 100/100.
