MORNING BUILDING ENTERY
Students that do not come on the bus are to remain outside the building until buses unload.
 
WRITING ON SKIN
Students are reminded that they are not to write on themselves or others. You will receive infractions for writing on yourself or others including clothes during the school day.
 
5TH GRADE CHORUS
IF you love to sing, come and see what 5th grade chorus is all about! An informational meeting will be Monday at 12:10 in the choir room. See you there!
 
BAND
Congratulations all GMS Band Members on an excellent concert last night. All four bands sounded great and Mrs. Patch and Mrs. Montour received many wonderful compliments about you. Now, on to Solo + Ensemble.
 
TRACK
8th grade tracksters only: There will be a short informational meeting Monday morning from 7:50-8:00 in the media pit.
7th grade tracksters only: There will be an informational meeting Monday from 2:45-3:00 in the media pit.
 
HHS CHEER + STUNT TEAM
8th grade girls: Pre-tryout clinics for HHS Cheer + Stunt team will be held Thurs. 3/18 and Sat. 3/20.

MR. HAAS / AFGHANISTAN COLLECTION
Attention all GMS students and staff:
How would you like to help Mr. Haas complete one of his tasks in Afghanistan? Starting on Monday, we will be collecting goods to send to Mr. Haas so his unit can give them to the people of Afghanistan. Goods to be collected are: clothing, toys and personal Hygiene items such as deodorant and shampoo. If the students at GMS can collect 1,000 items, you will be rewarded with a special day (to be decided by Mr. Carew) on Friday, March 26th, the day before Spring Break!
 
STUDENT NEWSPAPER
There will be No newspaper staff meeting next week. Next meeting will be Monday March 22.
 
PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES
Physical Education classes will be running the PACER Thursday and Friday.
 
LOST AND FOUND
Back in late January or early February there was a box of contacts found outside the 8th grade entrance. If you think these might be yours, please see Mrs. Cass.

Attention teachers: Please excuse the 5th + 6th grade band students at 12:15, they will return at 2:00. Please also excuse the 7th and 8th grade band students at 1:15, they will return at 2:40.

A reminder, for the 6th grade, that permission slips are due tomorrow for our music fieldtrip. If you need a new permission slip ask your classroom teacher to print one off for you.

Bus 78 was running about 10 minutes late this morning due to some mechanical problems.
