Welcome to the Polar Bear Summer Academy 2011

We are pleased to provide a learning opportunity consisting of locally developed courses taught by HASD staff! The 2011 academy is the culmination of a great deal of research, planning, and support from the district staff and Board of Education. Join your colleagues for a week of academic discussions, learning opportunities, and a time to prepare for the 2011-12 school year! We look forward to seeing you in August for the Polar Bear Summer Academy!

To secure your spot, submit a $30 payment to the Curriculum Dept by May 20th. The registration fee covers lunch, materials, and snacks. If a cancellation is made after June 15, 2011, the Hortonville Area School District will retain the $30 fee. Cancellations must be phoned into the IT Dept at 920-779-7959.
 
Participation Salary Payment
Full-time HASD participants receive a $200 (pre-tax) one-time salary payment after successful completion of the academy.
 
Graduate Credits
Viterbo University to offer two graduate credits to individuals willing to pay the tuition and complete the entire academy programs. To earn the credits, attendee must complete full-time and full-week attendance.
