Learn basic *video conferencing and collaboration tools* – Educators learn about video conference service providers using www.twice.cc and www.cilc.org to connect with content experts and establish partnerships with people in other places using student email and elluminate.com share whiteboards.

Basic collaboration tools

Video conferencing equipment – Polycom appliance, Polycom software, Skype

Basic tools – setup equipment, connect/disconnect, use address book
