Dress for the Weather
Please be sure to send your child with a warm jacket, hat and gloves to school daily. Once the snow falls and temperatures fall below freezing, snow pants and boots are a must. Labeling your child's boots, snow pants and other items brought or worn to school is a great idea.
As a reminder, spills and accidents happen! It is always helpful to have a spare change of clothing at school. Now is a great time to exchange the shorts and t-shirts with warmer clothes for winter.

4K registration 2021-22
The time has come to start thinking about the 2021-22 school year. Registration opens on Monday, January 11, 2021. In an effort to get information to families, we will be hosting a Virtual Registration Orientation event via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, January 5th, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. This meeting will cover program curriculum, 4K age requirements, transportation, child care services, and the directions for online registration. We have included a link in this email that goes directly to the Virtual Registration Orientation event that anyone can attend "as a guest" when admitted by the host. This link will also be located on the Hortonville Area School District 4K Website page in the near future. It can be difficult to access and get information out to first time families of our district. For this reason, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share this information with any family that has children who turn 4 prior to September 1st, 2021.
