WELCOME TO MRS. HOLZEM'S THIRD GRADE CLASSROOM
“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” - Helen Keller
Our classroom is a family of learners working together for the good of all its members.
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jennifer Holzem and I have been teaching in the Hortonville Area School District since 2006. I am so excited to begin the new year and to have your child as a member of our Room B128 classroom community.
Currently, I reside in the town of Greenville and have a family of four (eight including my pets). My oldest daughter, Dakota, is in medical school at the Medical School of Wisconsin - DePere, and my youngest, Ariana, is studying business marketing at Winona State University. Dakota was married this past January, just before the pandemic. Ariana will be a junior this year and is enjoying her first puppy, named Finn. I am an animal lover too, with three dogs and a cat. Outside of family and teaching, I enjoy running, reading, gardening and crafting.
I value the connection between home and school and look forward to the team approach that will make this academic year an amazing one! You are always welcome to be a part of what is happening in the classroom and I can be reached before and after school at the number listed below and by school e-mail. Please do not hesitate to contact me with comments, or questions. I am more than happy to address them with you. Thank you in advance for all that you do to support your child’s school experience.
