COVID-19 Considerations:
- This event will have a capacity of 250 participants.
- Masks must be worn at all times while at the park. Participants will all receive an all white, cotton mask as part of registration.
- We will be asking all participants to assess their symptoms prior to the event using the HASD symptom tracker.
- Onsite registration and packet pickup will occur at different locations in the park to ensure distancing. Participants from each "registrations zone" will walk to the start line and start independently of the other "registration zones."
- All food and water will be pre-packaged.
Additional Information:
-
All participants will receive a white event T-shirt to "colorize" at the event and Sources of Strength sunglasses. Volunteers will also receive an event shirt and sunglasses.
-
NEW THIS YEAR: For those who want EVEN MORE COLOR, additional color packs may be purchased for $1.00 a piece during registration and will be issued during check-in.
-
Participants 13 and under should have their parent/guardian present at the event.
-
Due to park regulations, no animals are allowed at the event (both participants and spectators).
-
While the powdered color is safe for children at all ages, we recommend that children should be able to walk or run the entire 2 mile route in order to participate. Our volunteers will not apply the color directly on children and/or parents who are utilizing strollers or wagons.
-
Sunglasses (free with registration) will need to be worn while running or walking through the "Color Zones."
