Steps to Perfect Practice Time
Prepare your space for practice. Use a music stand, limit distractions, and have a pencil handy.
Use a timer to make sure you get enough practice time. Aim for 20 minutes a day, 5 days per week.
Set goals for each practice time. For example: I will try to follow the dynamics.
Don't practice mistakes! Slow down and get it right. If you miss it twice, mark it once!
Review a little at each practice time and end with something you enjoy!
