Welcome to the Hortonville Area School District, and thank you for choosing to use our facility. Before requesting to use one of our spaces, we ask that you please review the Board of Education Policy 7510 regarding the Use of Facilities and Properties at HASD.
When you're ready to request, there are two steps to follow.
First, become a requester by filling out the facilities requester registration form. Once the above information is filled out and submitted it will be approved by the Hortonville High School Activities Director or Assistant, and you will get a notification stating whether the request was approved or denied.
Once approved, you will be able to log into the Facilities Request System to find and reserve your space. You will then receive notification stating the approval or denial of the event and space reservation. The contract will then be sent electronically upon approval.
