Culinary Arts 1
Do you have a passion for cooking? Culinary Arts 1 is a lab-based course where students develop advanced food preparation skills based on kitchen essentials learning in Introduction to Culinary Arts. Culinary labs will focus on breakfast foods, sandwiches, soups, sauces, herbs, spices, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, grains, and pasta. Students will explore U.S. regional cuisine and showcase their skills during culinary competitions.
