Snack Break
An important part of the fourth grade curriculum is learning good health habits. One concept covered is healthy eating habits. Therefore, we strongly encourage children to bring only healthy snacks during their snack break. The following is a list of ideas the children came up with for healthy snacks:
Granola snacks Pudding
Fruit snacks/roll-ups Pretzels
Fig newtons Cereal (dry)
Fresh fruit or vegetables Peanuts
Cheese Peanut butter
Crackers Bread
Pop tarts Beef jerky
Yogurt Milk or Juice
Applesauce
