Free Dental Screening & Flouride Varnish Program

The Hortonville Area School District, in collaboration with the Tri-County Community Dental Clinic, is pleased to offer the “Focus on Children” Program.   If your preschool, kindergarten, and/or elementary school student receives free or reduced cost hot lunch he/she is qualified to participate in a free dental screening and fluoride varnish program.

On February 29th, from 8 – 11:30 a.m. the dental screening team will be at Greenville Elementary School and from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. the program will be set up at Hortonville Elementary.  This is for all children grades 4K through 5^th grade who receive free or reduced cost hot lunch.

Change to the Medication Administration Policy

Medication Law-Chapter 118.29 of the State of Wisconsin has changed the way we at Hortonville Area School District need to administer medication to your student. Please review details regarding changes in the HASD procedures as identified within the letter from the district nurse:
