Free Dental Screening - Feb 29, 2012

The Hortonville Area School District, in collaboration with the Tri-County Community Dental Clinic, is pleased to offer the “Focus on Children” Program.   If your preschool, kindergarten, and/or elementary school student receives free or reduced cost hot lunch he/she is qualified to participate in a free dental screening and fluoride varnish program.  Please follow this link to the Health website for your packet of forms to fill out and return to you child's school by February 20, 2012.

Spotlight on Education - March 15

 On Thursday, March 15th, 2012, from 5:30 – 8:00 pm, an expo to showcase the many excellent learning activities happening in our district will be held at Hortonville High School in the field house, commons and auditorium.  This event, Spotlight on Education, will provide an opportunity for HASD residents and businesses to observe firsthand a variety of 21st Century learning activities that are occurring throughout our district’s schools (K-12).  This opportunity is a community-wide initiative and is open to all HASD students, teachers, departments and local businesses.  The expo is sponsored by the Hortonville Area Education Foundation.

• Language Learning in our Global Community
• Robotics design and programming by LEGO League
