INTRA-DISTRICT SCHOOL REQUEST
The Hortonville Area School District will accept requests from legal resident parents for their child to attend a school within the District which is not in their current attendance zone. Parents of students 4K - 8th grade must complete an Intra-District Request form requesting to have their child attend a school not in their current attendance zone. Requests arre to be completed and sent to the District Office beginning February 1st and ending on April 30th.
NO Intra-District requests will be accepted during the school year.

The requests will be reviewed in May when class sizes are reviewed and determined. The District Administrator will make a final determination on all requests. A written notice of approval or denial will be sent to all parents making a request on or before the first Friday following the first Monday in June. TRANSPORTATION - Transportation is the responsibility of the parent, unless current buses can accomodate the change. A request may be made to the Transportation Director.
