HASD 2009-12 Information and Technology Plan

In the Hortonville Area School District, we make sure each classroom has a computer and each school has a well-equipped computer lab. Our commitment to technology extends far beyond hardware and software. All of our technology-based initiatives focused not just on teaching children how to use the best and the newest software and online resources, but on encouraging and supporting appropriate uses of technology to enhance classroom teaching, staff productivity, and student learning. From a library automation system to network-delivered courses to on-demand video conferencing of virtual fieldtrips, we encourage technology best practices based on creative and engaging educational experiences.

Please use the Technology Suggestion Box to submit your ideas, comments, and concerns.
