Tech Training Request Form

Please complete the online technology training request form so we may assign a UW-intern to meet with you. By including your email address, times of availability, and training topics, we'll contact you promptly to schedule an appointment.

Software Evaluation Form

Technicians complete software testing from February through April. Purchased software will be deployed during the summer computer updates for use during the next school year.

Video Conferencing Request Form

Allow at least a week notice for scheduling a videoconference. Please reserve the room and equipment before submitting this form.
