| Tech Training Request Form |
| Please complete the online technology training request form so we may assign a UW-intern to meet with you. By including your email address, times of availability, and training topics, we'll contact you promptly to schedule an appointment. |

| Software Evaluation Form |
| Technicians complete software testing from February through April. Purchased software will be deployed during the summer computer updates for use during the next school year. |

| Video Conferencing Request Form |
| Allow at least a week notice for scheduling a videoconference. Please reserve the room and equipment before submitting this form. |
