Polar Bear Soccer Camp 2025 |
Youth soccer camp for children aged 4 through 8th grade/incoming freshman. The camp will run July 14-17 from 8-10 a.m. at HHS. The deadline to sign up is July 7 to guarantee a t-shirt. Please fill out the form at mailto the address on the form. |

Hortonville Youth Sports (HYS) is a youth baseball/softball organization serving the city of Hortonville and the surrounding communities, and welcoming all HASD students in grades 4K-6. We pride ourselves on providing the best experience for the kids to grow as athletes. Our number one priority is that players who choose to play in our league enjoy their experience and create lasting, positive memories.
