| Hortonville Youth Sports (HYS) is a youth baseball/softball organization serving the city of Hortonville and the surrounding communities, and welcoming all HASD students in grades 4K-6. We pride ourselves on providing the best experience for the kids to grow as athletes. Our number one priority is that players who choose to play in our league enjoy their experience and create lasting, positive memories.

Please follow all guidelines as descripted in the policy before sending with the Distribution Request Form to the District or any school for distribution.
