- Monday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Tuesday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Wednesday: 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm
- Thursday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Note: If school is closed due to inclement weather, the clinic will also be closed
Physical Therapy is available:
- Tuesdays: 12:15 pm - 5:15 pm
- Thursdays: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
Who can utilize the HASD Clinic?
HASD employees, spouses and dependents ages 2-25 that are currently covered by the HASD health plan are eligible to use services offered at the HASD Health Clinic. Part-time HASD support staff (bus drivers, aides, paraprofessionals, and food service employees) are also eligible to access the HASD Health Clinic
